Bilingual English-speaking lawyer you can count on

Facing any kind of criminal charges or getting involved in a legal dispute can be incredibly stressful, and language barriers can often limit access to general information and necessary legal advice. If you break a law while you are in another country, you are subject to laws and regulations of that country.

Don’t let language barriers stand in the way during what may be the most challenging time of your life. Whether you have done something wrong or have been unjustly accused while you are not in a country of your own, you need more than a skilled and experienced defense attorney. You need someone who will closely guide you through the criminal justice process, advocate your rights, and take time to fully communicate with you for any questions and concerns you may have.

Yonghee is a bilingual attorney who provides legal advice and representation for non-Koreans – visitors and residents including USFK – facing legal issues in Korea, delivering results for his clients at every stage of litigation. Yonghee and his team communicate directly with the clients in English about the case and legal proceedings and eliminate any concerns over meanings being misconstrued.
